La Sastrería 2K Twitch channel (https://www.twitch.tv/lasastreria2k) will randomly stream
matches from the regular season and playoffs.
GAMES:
All regular league matches will be played in a period
that will be announced before the league starts, each match consisting of two
games, home and away.
Team Captains must contact each other the week before
and reach to an agreement on the date and time of the games.
All scheduled games must be posted on the #🆙-rounds-5vs5 channel
on La Sastrería 2K Discord server using the following
format: Day/Time/Group/Team 1 vs. Team 2/Stream Link.
In the event that there is no agreement between the 2
teams to establish a day and time in the established period, the League
Organization establishes 2 days to play: Thursday and/or Sunday at 22:00 CET of
the last week on regular season.
In the event that the match is not played on established
days by League Organization, the result of the match will be 0-0 and both teams
will be considered lost.
Games must start 15 minutes after the scheduled time at the latest.
After that time, if one of the teams doesn’t show up, the remaining team will
win both games with a 35-0 score.
A match can be canceled up to 2 hours before its scheduled time if
there’s a justifiable cause. The team requesting the cancellation must notify
the captain of the rival team and the League Organization staff in the #🔝-captains-5vs5 channel on the Discord server.
In the case of 2 no-shows, the team will be disqualified from the
competition.
Giving "Free Win" in more than 2 matchdays will be reason for
disqualification from the LS2K European League.
Any team that starts a game with a suspended player in the lineup will
lose the game with a 35-0 score. In the case of a second time violation the
team will be disqualified from the competition.
Any team that starts a game with an unregistered player in the lineup
will lose the game with a 35-0 score. In the case of a second time violation
the team will be disqualified from the competition. To avoid this penalty the
two team captains may agree on the lineup before the game starts. Team captains
must also notify the League Organization staff in the #🔝-captains-5vs5 channel
on the Discord server.
The winning team’s Captain will post a screen capture of the final game
stats in the #🆒-result-screenshots-5vs5
channel on La Sastrería 2K Discord Server.
INTERRUPTIONS IN THE MATCH:
If a player gets disconnected and no longer than 30 seconds of the first
quarter have passed, the match can be restarted just once.
If this happens, the starting lineup cannot be changed unless the
disconnected player needs to be substituted, in which case the opposing team
and the League Organization need to be notified
in the #🔝-captains-5vs5 channel
on La Sastrería 2K Discord Server.
If a player gets disconnected and more than 30 seconds of the first
quarter have passed, the match must continue with the AI Player until the end
of the quarter. Once the quarter ends, a screen capture of the scoreboard up to
that quarter must be taken. Both teams will then leave the match and restart
it. Only the remaining quarter or quarters will be played. After all the
remaining quarters have been played, a second screen capture must be taken. The
final score of the match will be calculated by adding both scores captured.
In case the game takes more than 10 minutes to start again, the rest of the quarters will not be played and the opposing team will get a +35 in the last score.
Exception to the rule above: If the disconnected player cannot rejoin, another player from the roster can be played with prior notice on the #🔝-captains-5vs5 channel on La Sastrería 2K Discord Server.
In case of a 2k server disconnection, the game will restart with the
remaining playtime and the same score. Points scored during the rematch will
add up to the interrupted game’s score.
Should a player be removed from a game because of a foul out or low
performance grade, the game will be played until the end with the corresponding
AI Player.
If two players are removed from the game, that team will lose the game
with a 35-0 score.
DROPOUTS IN THE MATCH:
The team that’s behind in the score board can quit the
match in the following cases:
-
In the 3rd or 4th quarter if the score difference is
greater than 50 points
-
In the 4th quarter if the score differences is greater than 35 points.
-
When less than 30 seconds are remaining in the match
and there’s no chance of a comeback or of winning the basket average
(difference is greater than 10 points).
If two or more players
quit the match before the match ends and none of the previous conditions are
met, their team will lose the match and their score will be frozen. The final
score will be calculated by adding 35 points to the surviving team’s score at
the time of the second player quitting. In the case of a second time violation
the team will be disqualified from the LS2K European League.
GAME BEHAVIOUR:
No disrespect to other teams or players is allowed. This includes
“flopping”, insulting, or voice chat distractions.
There will be penalties for players who do so.

case there will be no penalty.
